In the first episode of the FU series, we look at Amy Adams' greatest role - the perfect portrait of a flawed person - in Tom Ford's Nocturnal Animals (2016).

Notoriously snubbed by the Oscars, this first part explores the decision-making that takes Adam's leading lady, Susan Morrow, away from where she started. And yet, does not get her to her the destination.

In part 2, we will put under the microscope the big D. Destiny. And how, just like Susan, we are kinda stuck to it.
